Business Cards
The first business card I designed was for Dewey Investments. I got this inspiration for this design because I am an Economics major and the idea of working for an investment firm one day seemed feasible. I decided to go with a black and neon blue color scheme because I really like how these colors compliment each other. I found the really cool globe off of a free vector site and it fit perfectly into my card design.
My next card is the most realistic one that I designed. It has my real jobs that I currently hold and features all correct information about myself. I wanted to design one of my cards to be completely accurate. I again chose black because I think it looks sharp and I offset it with some yellow. I kept the design simple with the use of just a few lines which I think makes it very easy to follow.
The final card I designed was a card for myself as an athletic trainer. I participate in Crossfit, a newer type of high intensity fitness and I thought it would be neat to make myself a trainer. I found the awesome Spartan on a free vector website. I used Grey and Red because I felt these color were rugged and strong. I used a crosshatch swatch to add some texture to the card instead of the plain white background. On this card, the front is on the left side (while on the others it is on the right).
